What
We Do
El Rincon Community Clinic is a Substance Abuse Level
I treatment facility that provides an adjunct of Opioid Maintenance
Therapy in order to treat the Narcotic addicted client. As a Level
I treatment facility, we operate on an out-patient basis and are
structured to service 500-600 clients daily. Treatment is composed
of individual and group counseling and daily dispensing of methadone.
All treatment is individualized to the specific needs of the client.
As well as treating drug addiction, El Rincon Community Clinic
focuses on the results of dangerous and destructive lifestyles.
Many of the clients serviced at El Rincon may have been unresponsive
to other methods that do not offer medication as support. In order
to overcome this challenge, the staff at El rincon Community Clinic
has developed a therapeutic milieu that works with the client against
the using environment. We understand why they use and, more importantly,
what will be helpful in the steps toward the recovery process.
For the familiy members and significant others of our clients,
we offer a comprehensive prevention component and support that includes
pastoral and family counseling as well as prevention education.
All clients are offered pre and post HIV counseling and testing
which is provided by a specialist that is highly trained in this
area.
Fees are dependent upon the individual's income and can range as
little as $2.00 but no more than $55.00 per week.
The goal of our treatment model is to encourage every individual
to enhance their lifestyles in a healthy and productive way, repair
relations with loved ones, and become productive members of society!
We believe this is a goal that can not only be accomplished, but
is expected!
