Staff

Rolando Correa, Executive Director has been the head of El Rincon Community Clinic (ERCC) since 2005. After over 30 years of combined service as a staff member and member of the Board of Directors he was appointed Executive Director with the goal of carrying on founder Rafael “Paloma” Rios' vision to provide quality treatment services to the Humboldt Park Community. Rolando has past experience as a manager at the county, city, and state levels and his passion and dedication to managing ERCC and advocating for those we serve has created an environment of respect, caring, and compassion for our clientele. A Native Chicagoan, He holds a BS degree in Business Administration. He is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.

Pedro Perez has been with ERCC since 2007. He has more than 15 years in the field of Finance and Accounting. His responsibilities include managing our complete financial portfolio and tracking grants and contract expenditures. Pedro holds an MBA from North Park University and a BA from Loyola University. A Native Chicagoan, he is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish fluently.

Alex Garcia has a long history working with individuals who suffer from substance abuse. He joined the ERCC family in 2005 as an intake coordinator. Currently in addition to serving as our Human Resources Director; Alex now oversees the intake and maintenance departments. Alex holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and is board registered CADC with more than 18 years of experience in addictions counseling. Like many of our other staff members Alex is a native Chicagoan and is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish fluently.

We have a diverse group of professional individuals who offer direct care to our clients including a medical director, licensed nurses, board certified counselors, case managers and full time security. Many of our staff members speak English and Spanish fluently and reside here in the community we serve.
